A Little Bit About Me
Hi! I’m Helen, a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with a heart for service and organization. My journey began when I volunteered as an admin for our local church and youth organization. I didn’t expect that simple act of service to open doors to online work , but it did. Since then, I’ve been blessed to work with different clients and teams, helping bring structure, clarity, and calm into their daily operations. I love assisting with administrative and marketing tasks that make business owners’ lives easier , from managing documents and emails to supporting their social media efforts. It’s in the details where I see the joy of service and excellence come together. As a mom of two and an active servant of Jesus Christ through My Home Church, my motivation comes from my family, my ministry, and my Dokimos family. They remind me daily that every task done faithfully is an act of worship and purpose.

At Mogul Media Consulting, I assist the team with email support and social media tasks. I help organize and track client communication, send follow-ups, and handle simple email-related tasks that support the team’s daily workflow. On the social media side, I assist in preparing posts, uploading content, and ensuring that scheduled updates go out on time. Working with Mogul Media allows me to be part of a creative, fast-paced team while contributing to smooth operations behind the scenes.
I supported multiple clients such as Lendistry, MGMD Aesthetic, and Fighting Cancer Today. I assisted Lendistry in processing and reviewing grant applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. For MGMD Aesthetic, I helped manage administrative and social media tasks, maintaining their brand’s presence online. I also worked with Fighting Cancer Today on social media content and community engagement. This role helped me refine my ability to stay organized while managing several clients with different needs.
I handled both administrative and marketing tasks. I prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise openings, supported event coordination, and assisted in running marketing campaigns through Facebook, Eventbrite, and email newsletters. It was a great experience that strengthened my skills in planning, communication, and attention to detail. I managed invoicing, inventory, and recordkeeping using Xero. I supported the accounting team and helped ensure smooth financial operations. This role taught me the importance of accuracy, organization, and reliability in managing everyday business tasks.
My first online role involved creating social media content, handling customer messages, and managing engagement on Facebook and Instagram. I also helped recruit and onboard new assistants. It was my introduction to the digital workspace and where I discovered my love for helping businesses grow through structure and consistency.
