A Little Bit About Me

I am a proud single mother. Before transitioning into the role of a Virtual Assistant (VA) and remote work, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a physical store for nearly two years. However, I made the decision to pause my career and focus on raising my first child when I became pregnant. Although it was a difficult choice, I am deeply grateful for the time spent with her and the opportunity to witness her growth and milestones.

When the pandemic affected the world, I saw an opportunity to balance work while still being able to care for my daughter. This led me to explore the role of a Virtual Assistant. I took the initiative to enroll in various skill development programs to better understand
the responsibilities of a VA. In 2022, I was fortunate to receive an offer from my first client. Despite the challenges, as much of the work was new to me, I embraced the learning curve and developed new strategies and skills. Today, I continue to work as a Virtual Assistant from the comfort of my home. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love and for the supportive team I

and sometimes my weakness. My daughter is my greatest source of motivation and strength. She is an incredibly intelligent, loving, kind, and spirited child, with a playful and mischievous side. She has
a deep love for food, much like her mother, and we share the joy of exploring new dishes
together as food buddies.
She enjoys watching English-language videos, particularly shows like Bluey, Ms. Rachel, Peppa Pig, and similar content. My daughter is highly observant, with a natural curiosity and love for travel.
She is also very sociable, often greeting strangers with a warm "Hi" or "Hello." Her affectionate nature extends not only to people but also to animals, as she finds comfort in hugging and kissing them.
Above all, my daughter is my unwavering source of inspiration. Her presence constantly motivates me to push forward and strive toward achieving our shared goals. I am incredibly grateful for the love and strength she brings into my life every day.

I was fortunate to be hired by this team/client as their Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA), a role I have long aspired to. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals by providing organizational support and delivering meticulous attention to detail. My focus is on driving success and helping clients attract more prospects for their business. This role aligns with my passion for assisting others and contributing to
the achievement of their dreams and objectives.
While working with this client, I have gained invaluable experience in various areas. I have honed my skills in customer communication, handling inquiries and concerns through chat, and addressing questions related to our products. Additionally, I have learned how to effectively promote products via social media, a crucial strategy in today’s digital landscape.
One of the most rewarding experiences I had was participating in live selling. It was a great opportunity to engage with an online audience, introduce our products, and entertain viewers. On that particular day, we were fortunate to exceed our targets, which was a significant accomplishment for me and the team.
This client was the first one I secured online, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity they provided. Despite having no prior experience with social media management, they trusted me and gave me the chance to prove myself. Through this experience, I was introduced to various tools essential for the project, such as Canva, scheduling tools, social media platforms, and others. I embraced the challenge of learning new skills related to social media management and, fortunately, developed both basic and intermediate-level expertise. Additionally, I took
the initiative to enroll in courses to further expand my knowledge in this area. I am deeply thankful to this client for the trust they placed in me and the opportunity to grow.
